ELDERS’ MINISTRY STREAMS In order to model this approach, the elders have examined their own passions both within and beyond the fellowship. As a team, we are each of us attempting to ‘specialise’ in the passions God has given us, rather than all of us having similar general roles. These Ministry Streams indicate the areas of the individual elders’ primary ministry passions and responsibilities – they do not indicate or limit the extent of elders’ involvement or activity in and through the fellowship. Ministry Stream elders will organise one or two leadership meetings per year with the Ministry Leaders of their Ministry Stream for mutual support, encouragement and sharing.
